Ship Time

Orders ship within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to select countries. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Buena Gente Golf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors before reaching out to us. If you need further assistance, contact us at contact@buenagentegolf.com.
